• This is a structured program. Participation requires consistency.
• 24-hour notice required for changes.
• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in removal from the cycle.
• Valid for 12 weeks only. No rollovers or extensions.
• Maintenance services only. No corrective or transformation work included.

• $25 Cycle Access Fee required to enroll
• Cycles begin quarterly: January, April, July, October
• Enrollment opens 7 days prior to each cycle

Color refresh, chemical relaxers, smoothing treatments, and specialty weaving services are offered by consultation only. Clients must first schedule a styling appointment with a hydrating treatment for proper assessment.
