How do i prepare for my appointmet?

Hair should be tangle free prior to appointment. Unprepared hair will require more time if available and additional maintenance fees will apply based on the amount of preparation needed. If time is unavailable rescheduling will be considered.

 

How do i know my appointment is confirmed?

We do not guarantee a courtesy call prior to your appointment but will send a email reminder and automated text reminder via the Genbook server 24- 48hrs in advance. You will always recieve a confirmation email when your service is booked. Don't hesitate to contact us if you do not receive mail. it is likely your email address may be incorrect.

May I text you?

We do not accept texts, Please call us direct or email us for immediate assistance.

 

What is the best way to reach Nappy Republic?

Email or a phone call is the best way to contact us. Please allow 24-72 hours for correspondence. Please make considerations for weekends and holidays. Always leave a voicemail if you would like a call or email back.

 

May I bring a guest?

No! We want you only! We operate in a private salon suite and cannot accommodate extra guests at this time. Additionally, we are taking special precautions due to the global pandemic. Children are not allowed unless being serviced. Please reschedule your service when you can acquire child care. For mothers with small children we may make special accommodations but Please email or call us prior to scheduling online.

How do i cancel my appointment?

Retrieve confirmation email, click "manage appointment", and click cancel. If less than 24 hours you will need to call (leave a voicemail if we do not answer) or email us. Clicking "reschedule" will not cancel the original appointment.

Can I book multiple Services?

Yes! Before clicking 'Next' scroll up and click the 'Back' button to additional services. click the 'Next' button only when you are ready to complete entire booking.

Do you offer consulations?

Yes, You will find this option in our natural maintenance Bar. This fee is separate and does not apply towards any future service. if you have general questions, we may answer them over the phone or via email.

 

What form of payment do you take?

All first time guest must pay full service in cash. We do accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover) except American Express, we do not except checks.
