How do i prepare for my appointmet?

Hair should be tangle free prior to appointment. Unprepared hair will require more time if available and additional maintenance fees will apply based on the amount of preparation needed. If time is unavailable rescheduling will be considered.


How do i know my appointment is confirmed?

We do not guarantee a courtesy call prior to your appointment but will send a email reminder and automated text reminder via the Genbook server 24- 48hrs in advance. You will always recieve a confirmation email when your service is booked.

May I text you?

We do not accept texts, Please call us direct or emails us for immediate assistance.


What is the best way to reach Nappy Republic?

Email or a phone call is the best way to contact us. Please allow us Up to 48 hours or the following business day during our operating hours for correspondence. Feel free to harass us via email or calling but we may just be away, busy, or with another client. Be certain to leave a voicemail


May I bring my cousin, Aunty, homeboy, kid, neighbor...?

No! We want you only! Yes we are selfish. We operate in a private salon suite and cannot accommodate extra guests. Children are not allowed unless being serviced. Please reschedule your service when you can acquire child care. For mothers with small children we may make special accommodations. Please email or call us prior to booking.

How do i cancel my appointment?

Retrieve confirmation email, click "manage appointment", and click cancel. If less than 24 hours you will need to call (leave a voicemail if we do not answer) or email us. Clicking "reschedule" will not cancel the original appointment.

Can I book multiple Services?

Yes! Before clicking 'Next' scroll up and click the 'Back' button to additional services. click the 'Next' button only when you are ready to complete entire booking.

Do you offer consulations?

Yes, You will find this option in our revive Bar. This fee is separate and does not apply towards any future service.


What form of payment do you take?

All first time guest must pay full service in cash. We do accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover) except American Express, we do not except checks.
