All exchanges are void if hair has been installed, chemically altered, or modified (washed, brushed,combed or cut). Be sure to inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If rubber-bands/wrappings and tags are moved, your exchange is void. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order or from purchase date (in store only) in original plastic package, resell-able condition with sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange. Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Nappy Republic was the party at fault. Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept back. If you are unsure about the product, please show your stylist. If it’s determined that Nappy Republic is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
